Agu is a convenience tool for logging your baby's daily rhythm. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or monitoring. Cry detection and AI summaries are informational aids and can miss events or be wrong — never rely on the app as a baby monitor or a substitute for adult supervision or professional medical care. Always consult your pediatrician for health concerns, fever and medication decisions.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Agu on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Some features may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Your logs are stored on your device and are your responsibility to back up (e.g. via device backup or CSV export). See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including missed alerts or inaccurate logs.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete it.
